Return & Cancellation Policy
Horse does not offer refunds for any riding balance top-ups; only the security deposit is refundable.
Cancellation charges are nill but taxes levied will not be returned, the value is subject to update anytime.
If Account has been credited wrongly or any other reason please mail to contact@myhorse.com or use the app to raise a dispute.
After dispute closure, Horse will credit the wallet balance to the app.
If user wants to transfer balance from Wallet to new account, they can contact support for the request of wallet transfer with Account Details.
